Ready to make some rocks?

  1. Gather your rocks! Craft river rocks work best. They should be wiped down so paint/glue sticks well. Can’t find any locally? You can buy them on Amazon or get them at most craft stores.

  2. Grab your paint! We used acrylic markers, but any paint that isn’t washable will do!

  3. Paint your designs. Make sure to include things like if your rock is in memory of someone you love, or honoring someone fighting. Paint whatever you’d like; make it fun!

  4. Either print and affix our QR codes or write on your rocks with a permanent marker #CCARocks + ccarocks.org

  5. If you’re using the QR codes, glue them to your rocks using something simple like Elmer’s glue, and then use a clear sealant like Mod Podge to waterproof. We added our QR codes to the bottoms of our rocks.
